Generally, it takes between 3 to 4 weeks from the time of order placement to shipping. Please endeavor to place your order well in advance to allow for a stress-free experience.

Where do you ship to? We currently ship to Mainland USA. Per federal law, perfumes can only be shipped using ground transportation and cannot be shipped using air transportation.

Are they tested on animals? We never tested on animals.

Is Susan James Fragrances made with phthalates? No, our fragrances are free from phthalates.

Are Susan James Fragrances ingredients organic? We use both organic and wild-harvested essential oils.

Are Susan James Fragrances fragrances natural? While we incorporate natural botanical materials, we also use man-made molecules to ensure product safety. Many essential oils have chemicals when used in higher quantities on the skin can be toxic and sensitizing.



Usage & Application

How much or how long should I spray? We recommend 2-3 sprays, adjusting based on your preference.

How far away from my body should I spray for the best results? For optimal results, spray at least 8 inches away from your body, avoiding the face.
If I use it as a body spray, will it stain my clothing? We recommend doing a patch test first as some essential oils and resins may leave dark spots on clothing.
