Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns or refunds.
We understand that fragrance preferences can be subjective and can vary from person to person based on individual body chemistry and personal tastes. Therefore, we highly recommend trying a sample or tester of our fragrances before making a purchase to ensure it aligns with your preferences.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted. We take great pride in the quality of our fragrances and the satisfaction of our customers. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your name, order number, images, and a description of the damage with email. We will not be able to assist anyone who does not include images of their damage.
We will notify you once we’ve received and looked at your item, and let you know how to return the item. Once received, you’ll automatically be credited on your original payment method within 2-4 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 7 days have passed since you received your order, we will NOT be able to offer a credit.
Returned Shipments
If your order was returned to us due to an incorrect address given at checkout, you will be charged for the reshipping of your order. We will only reship the order one time from the initial order shipment.
