Take a deep breath, hold your partner's hand, and let the love guide you through this rollercoaster ride. You've got this, and we're cheering you on from the scented sidelines! Happy planning!

Here are a few of my faves to relax my busy mind:

Nature Break: Take a breather from wedding madness and walk, run or hike into nature's hug. Picture yourself on a serene park stroll, a mountain hike, or just chilling by the beach. Nature's magic energy has this incredible power to recharge our spirit, and I want you to embrace the tranquility it offers. 

Jam Your Joy: Music is my soul-soother. I create a playlist of my favorite tunes that bring positive vibes. Sometimes it becomes my background melody during quiet moments. The best, thoo is to dance, like nobody is watching! Movement —it's a game-changer!

Mindful Moments: Clearing my mind with short meditation sessions is a game-changer. Find a peaceful spot, close your eyes, and focus on your breath. Ground yourself in the present, navigating wedding plans with a composed mind. Trust me, it works wonders!

Artistic Escape: Do a creative outlet that sparks joy. When stressed, I find solace in using my hands. As a jewelry and scent maker, the calming rhythm of wrapping gold or adding drops slowly in a beaker soothes my mind. Whatever your thing is—pottery, watercolors, knitting, embrace it for a moment of calm and bring out your creativity. It's a chance to release stress and create something. It not the outcome but the doing - so don't stress over the messed up clay cup : )  

Local Retreat Vibes: Explore local retreats or workshops. Yoga, cooking, or wellness and of course a good massage, it's my go-to! 

Friendship Fiesta: Surrounding yourself with joy-bringers is key! Arrange a chill get-together with close friends, sipping your fave beverage. Laughter is the best medicine, distracting you from wedding stress in the most delightful way. Trust me, I've been there!

 

By incorporating these relaxation techniques into your pre-wedding routine, you can actively promote a sense of calmness and create moments of serenity amidst the wedding preparations.
